Vegetable Omelet set
2-egg omelet with good eggs and good butter or
cold-pressed sunflower oil, with vegetables from
local organic-minded or organic growers. Served with
seasonal fruit juice and a home-made baguette.
‘Organic-minded growers’ - ones who are aware of the hazards of chemical usage in food production and are taking action against their usage. Not perfectly organic yet - but on the way!
Mountain Jok (rice porridge, 紫米粥) set
Jok - porridge made from organic purple rice, pearl
rice and aduki beans with traditional mountain
condiments. Served with fried local vegetables and
the mountain peoples’ invigorating tea.
Drinks:
organic coffee, tea, herbal infusions, lassis,
smoothies, cocktails, wine, beer and more!
Food:
soup, sandwiches on home-baked baguette, salads,
